Use of the Site

The content on this site is provided for general information about our roofing services in San Mateo County and the Lower Bay Area. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.

Estimates and Quotes

Any pricing or scope discussed online, by phone, or by text is preliminary. Final pricing, scope, warranty, and timing are governed by the written contract you sign with R&J Roofing prior to work beginning.

SMS Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)

Program description: R&J Roofing operates a customer-care SMS program used to respond to estimate requests, confirm appointments, share project updates, and provide service follow-up.

Opt-in: By submitting your mobile phone number through our estimate form, by giving it to us by phone, or by texting us first, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from R&J Roofing at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status and our communication with you.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier plan.

Opt-out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at 650-437-1845.

Supported carriers: The program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Workmanship and Warranty

R&J Roofing is a licensed California contractor (CSLB License #807358). Workmanship and material warranty terms are described in your project contract. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or work performed by others.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and images on this site are owned by R&J Roofing or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The site and SMS program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. R&J Roofing is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or our messaging program.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in San Mateo County, California.
