SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number through our website form, by phone, or in writing and by checking any applicable consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from R&J Roofing related to your estimate request, scheduling, project updates, and customer service follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information shared with subprocessors solely to deliver SMS messages on our behalf (for example, our messaging provider) is not considered third-party sharing for marketing.
